These terms apply to the GeoAll app and website. By using GeoAll, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Using GeoAll
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GeoAll on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules. You may stop using GeoAll at any time.
Except where the law permits, you may not resell the app, bypass its safeguards, reverse engineer it, or use it to operate an unauthorized content or data service.
Responsible use
Follow local laws, traffic rules, property restrictions and the rights of others. Do not use GeoAll to interfere with services, gain unauthorized access, or collect and redistribute third-party maps, imagery or video without permission.
Your photos & records
You retain rights to content you create. You are responsible for having permission to capture, import, edit and share it. Check coordinates, timestamps and visible personal details before sharing a photo or measurement.
Saved copies and backups are your responsibility. Removing GeoAll does not remove images or events already saved to Photos or Calendar.
External services
Map, street-view, panorama and video content may come from external providers. Their services have separate terms and privacy policies, available through About & Legal.
GeoAll uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features in GeoAll, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See our YouTube services notice for playback details.
GeoAll is not endorsed by Apple, Google or YouTube. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Accuracy & safety
Locations, distances, bearings, map imagery, traffic and solar calculations can be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed. Device sensors, network availability and provider coverage affect results.
Do not operate the app while driving or when doing so would distract you from your surroundings.
Availability & updates
Features may vary by device, system version, region and third-party coverage. Content providers may limit or remove access. We may improve, change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers & your rights
To the extent permitted by law, GeoAll is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free information. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate third-party data, service interruptions or misuse, except where the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes & termination
Updated terms will be posted here with a new date. We may restrict access for serious misuse, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
