Overview
This policy covers the GeoAll iPhone app and this website. GeoAll does not require an account. We do not operate a GeoAll cloud service that receives your photos, favorites, measurement history or location history.
Some features connect to external map, geocoding and video services. Those providers receive the requests needed to deliver their content. This is separate from information stored locally by GeoAll.
Information we use
- Location: with permission, your position supports maps, measurements, the compass, Sun Planner and GPS Camera. A selected location or a photo’s coordinates may also be sent to Apple to resolve an address or create a map preview.
- Photos and metadata: photos you take or select, along with available coordinates and dates, are processed on your device to create stamps and exports.
- Local records: favorites, saved photo records, measurements and preferences are stored on the device.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments to respond.
- Network requests: our website host and external content providers may receive IP addresses, request timestamps, browser or device details and diagnostic information.
App permissions
Permission is requested when a related feature needs it. You can refuse or revoke access in iOS Settings; features that do not depend on it remain available.

Storage & retention
App settings, favorites, photo records and measurement history are kept in local storage. Recent locations and resolved photo-place information may be cached for short-term use. GeoAll does not maintain a cloud location profile.
Delete saved items in their corresponding lists. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device; offloading an app may keep its documents. Photos saved to Photos and events added to Calendar must be removed in those apps.
iOS backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. Support emails are retained while needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up; you can ask us to delete the correspondence.
Third-party services
GeoAll uses Apple Maps and Look Around, Google Maps and Street View, and YouTube API Services, including embedded video playback.

Embedded services may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies and may serve advertising. GeoAll does not request your Google or YouTube password and does not offer a Google account connection.
Your choices
You can change system permissions, delete local records, choose not to load external content, and ask us about support correspondence. No account deletion request is required because GeoAll does not create accounts.
See Privacy Choices and Google privacy controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or complain to a local privacy authority. Contact us to make a request.
Security & international processing
Local app data uses iOS storage protections. Network content and this website are accessed over HTTPS where supported. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
External providers and email services may process requests in countries other than yours under their policies and safeguards.
Children’s privacy
GeoAll does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or public posting feature. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support email, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The current policy and revision date will remain available here. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this website when appropriate.
